Light Tight Oil Innovation Workshop
10:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Barclay Room, 3rd Floor
205 - 5th Avenue SW
This event is currently at capacity. Should you wish to be added to a wait list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Technology innovation has been critical to the development of light tight oil resources such as the Viking and the Bakken formations. This short workshop will encompass EOR, reservoir and production optimization through to methane emissions management. The workshop will include presentations about technologies from the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) and about royalties and economics from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Economy. Additionally, we believe that innovation that takes place inside operating companies is often under-reported and is generally not recognized as it should be. Thus, the workshop also includes contributions from innovative operators to showcase their expertise and to share their experiences in an informal way. The format is a 15-minute non-confidential slide presentation. The presentations will not be distributed or posted.
Please note that seats for this event are limited and priority registration will be given to target audience registrants
