Canadian Upstream Oil and Gas Eco-Efficiency Handbook Project - Submit your Eco-Efficiency Solutions FEATURED

Emission Reduction / Eco-Efficiency

Cap-Op Energy is currently developing an Upstream Oil and Gas Eco-Efficiency Handbook, as part of a TEREE initiative, that will encompass current technologies and serve as an informative checklist to create better standards for industry to refer to when installing new builds or completing upgrades and expansions on well sites. The value is to increase awareness of available sustainable technologies and increase the frequency of consideration for benefits such as energy efficiency, better environmental performance, and social license as a justification for potential increases in upfront capital cost.

Companies with applicable technologies who are interested in being included in this handbook are requested to go to the Cap-Op Energy website (http://www.capopenergy.com/401/login.php?redirect=/EEHB.html)

Enter the password: PTACEEHB2016 and complete the “PTAC Upstream Oil and Gas Eco-Efficiency Handbook Technologies Data Sheet”.

Questions or further information can be obtained by contacting Kristie Martin at kmartin@ptac.org or Brian Sloof at bsloof@capopenergy.com directly.

Deadline for submissions is end of day January 20, 2017.
