This study courtesy of CERI will determine different environmental, social and economic regulations as well as individual and cumulative costs and benefits on society and the sector. With varying policies implemented federally, provincially and through territorial jurisdictions, this project will consider slated objectives providing valuation on goals and impacts on the sector. In order to determine the competitiveness of Canada’s regulatory framework, a cross comparison analysis with the US jurisdictions will shed light on international standards and assess its effects.
